Do trainers, grooms, vets or farriers pay?
No. Only the horse owner pays — the team is always free, however big it is.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days you choose a plan in the app. If you don’t, your horses stay viewable and nothing is deleted.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your App Store settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your horses become read-only: you can view and export everything, and no record is deleted. Renew whenever you like and pick up where you left off.
Is my data private?
Yes. Only people you invite see your horses, and each sees only what their role allows. We don’t sell your data or show ads.
When is it coming to Android?
We’re working on it, and it’s coming to Google Play soon. For now Hoof is on iPhone.
How do invites work?
You invite someone by mobile number and choose their role and horses. They get it in the app or as a link, valid for 14 days.
Can I export my data?
Yes. From Account you can export your horses, records and documents in one file — or delete your account for good.
Does it work offline?
What you tick and add is saved on your phone and syncs automatically when you’re back online.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Horse Owner covers one horse; Stable Owner covers unlimited horses. Every feature is in both.
